Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day commercial and technical relationships with U.S. OEM and Tier-1 customers for hydraulic, automotive, and industrial components; 
  • Lead RFQ to launch activities, including pricing quotations, forecasting, program timing, and customer presentations; 
  • Coordinate APQP and PPAP deliverables with engineering and quality teams at DY Corporation in Korea; 
  • Track orders, releases, and delivery performance, and coordinate with logistics to meet customer schedules; 
  • Analyze customer requirements and market trends to identify new business opportunities in conventional and electrified powertrain programs; 
  • Support engineering change management and resolve commercial and quality issues through root-cause analysis and corrective action follow-up; 
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular status and sales reports for management; 
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, program reviews, and industry events; travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in any Engineering field and at least five years of related experience.
