Responsibilities:
- Analyze procurement, supplier, inventory, logistics, and order-fulfillment data to support supply chain planning and operational improvements;
- Prepare cost, pricing, inventory, shipment, and supplier performance reports to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities;
- Review purchase orders, delivery schedules, warehouse records, and logistics data to support timely movement of materials and finished goods;
- Assist with inventory monitoring and demand/supply analysis to support production schedules and reduce shortages or excess stock;
- Evaluate supplier performance metrics and support sourcing decisions through data analysis and reporting;
- Maintain supply chain dashboards, KPI reports, and tracking records using ERP, spreadsheet, and reporting tools;
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, planning, and customer service teams to support accurate data flow and issue resolution;
- And recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, visibility, and cost control.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics or a related field.
